All classes are to be paid in full, 1 week in advance of class start date. Please submit this form to
reserve your place in class, and mail your Check with payment in full to the address below, or submit
payment via PayPal from class schedule page. Payment must be received within 7 days of the first day
of class to secure your spot.
Cancellations received within 24 hours of the start date will not be refunded. (Contact us for special
considerations, or late registrations)
