| Canine Good Citizen (CGC) Training and Evaluation |
Fawn Richards is an AKC (American Kennel Club) Canine Good Citizenship Evaluator.
The exam is a 10 step test, where the dog is required to successfully complete all 10 steps
according to the AKC Evaluation Guidelines.
4 My Dogz, LLC can offer you training
to assist you and your dog in working towards
the CGC exam.
You can also visit the AKC website for more
information on CGC certification.
Once your dog has been trained to meet these
requirements, you can sign up to take the
CGC exam at 4 My Dogz, LLC, during one of the
scheduled exam dates throughout the coming year.
The CGC is meant to reward dogs for having good manners, which enhances the public
acceptance of dogs. Many nursing homes, hospitals and canine groups offer programs for
CGC dogs to get involved and visit people in these establishments
3 - Week Group or Private classes available for CGC Preparation.
